K20Video is the new conferencing services for California's educational community. This new system is the results of California's Higher Education community which includes the University of California, California State University, and Community College Systems, and the K-12 community merging their systems into a single, enterprise level solution.
The new K20Video.org scheduling systems is a feature rich system custom designed to meet the needs of all the educational segments. For the K-12 community new system includes an updated scheduling interface with new features such as:
Scheduling Reoccurring Conferences
Include Audio Only Participants
Include ISDN Participants
Customized Messages to Participants
For the higher education community, K20Video.org is a total new system than they are accustomed to using. The system will bring features to that community such as:
Web-based scheduling
Real-time conference controls
High Definition conferencing
Recording and archiving
Live Streaming
Users of the K12Video.org site do not need to create a new account on the K20Video.org system, your existing K12Video.org account has been migrated over. If you don't have an account, you can click on the "Register" link on the home page to get started.
The new site is in the initial rollout and we will be making minor tweaks and adjustments to the site as we receive feedback.
